1. We fully acknowledge the achievements and progress that previous platforms have created for gliding. In particular, we would like to mention the Onlinecontest and Skylines. These platforms have inspired us personally and we as well as the community have benefited greatly from them. Without these platforms, gliding would not be where it is today.

  2. We will further promote gliding as a competitive sport.

  3. Gliding lives from community. We want to create transparent and democratic decision-making processes to achieve fair and comprehensible results for everyone.

  4. We believe in solidarity, tolerance, mutual knowledge and respect for diversity. We will not allow any form of harassment or hate based on race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation.

  5. We particularly want to support and encourage juniors and women in their gliding activities.

  6. Errors in the evaluation and the algorithms can occur. We want to communicate them transparently and openly.

  7. We fully support scientific research. To enable third party innovation, we provide interfaces for developers and to related products.

  8. We want to create standards for specific data that other developers can work with. To support other developers, we will disclose parts of our source code at our own discretion.

  9. We want to enable continuous development and innovation. Therefore we act as a profit orientated company.
